Wolf Crossing – New Commercial Development in Georgetown

Wolf Crossing is a 250,000 square foot retail center opening in the Fall of 2019.

Located at State Highway 29 and Interstate 35 in Georgetown across the interstate from Wolf Ranch Town Center, this 42 acre development broke ground October 2, 2018. The plan includes 20+ businesses, restaurants, and a Fairfield Inn and Suites Marriott. Tenants already signed on include Tiff’s Treats, Verizon, Olive Garden, Jason’s Deli, Firestone, P. Terry’s, Austin’s Pizza, along with medical offices including an Austin Regional Clinic and an Urgent Care center. Grocer Aldi also has plans to open a location in the center.

By the time the development is finished out there will be walking trails along the San Gabriel River nearby.
